• All products are handmade in small batches.

• Colour, shape, weight, and texture may vary slightly.

• Variations do not affect quality or effectiveness.

B. Pricing & Payments

• Prices may change without notice.

• Accepted payment methods:

• Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

3. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of skincare products:

No returns or exchanges

We do not accept returns for used, opened, or personal-care items.

Refunds are only provided if:

• You received the wrong product

• The product arrived damaged

• You provide clear photo/video proof within 24 hours of delivery

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

4. SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatch Time

• Orders are shipped within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

• Typically 3–7 working days depending on location.

Shipping Charges

• Displayed at checkout (if applicable).

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather

• Courier delays

• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Shipping:

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of payment.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

6. HOW TO ORDER

Step 1 – Add products to cart

Browse our shop and choose your favourite soaps.

Step 2 – Proceed to checkout

Enter your name, number, and delivery address.

Step 3 – Make Payment

UPI Payment (Google Pay / PhonePe)

Razorpay (if enabled) allows instant payment.

Step 4 – Order Confirmation

Your order is processed once payment is verified.
